Job Summary:

The licensed insurance producer is responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, and managing client relationships. This role requires a thorough understanding of various types of insurance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Additional certifications (e.g., Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)) are a plus.

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry preferred.

  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency with insurance software and CRM systems.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically, work is conducted in an office environment, but travel to meet clients may be required.
